INSTRUCTIONS FOR W-2s

The W-2’s are mailed the 3^rd week in January, please allow 10 days for delivery. If you have a change of address, want to verify an address, or need a W-2 for a previous year you must mail or fax a letter to the home office and include the following information: full name, social security #, new address or fax #, telephone #, and sign the letter. If you have a correction to your name or social security #, the letter must include a clear copy of the social security card. If a letter is received with information or documentation missing, or the social security card is unreadable, the request will not be processed. Las formas W-2’s (income taxes) fueron enviadas vía correo el 3 de Enero, por favor esperara por lo menos 10 días para recibirlas. Si usted cambio su dirección o quiere cambiar su dirección , o necesita las formas W-2 para el ano anterior usted puede mandar un correo electrónica o un fax incluyendo la siguiente información:

Nombre completo, numero de seguro social, nueva dirección o fax, numeró de teléfono y firmar su carta. Si tiene que hacer una corrección a su numero de social; tiene que mandar una copia de su nuevo social muy clara junto a su carta. Si la información no es clara o incorrecta su pedido no se procesara.
